Lodge and Lakeside - Four Quarterly Projects in two color ways

Welcome to Thimbleberries Club 2008 at Gathering Fabric Quilt Shop! This year we are pleased to offer club members four quarterly projects in Lodge and Lakeside from quilt and fabric designer, Lynette Jensen and Thimbleberries. The four quarterly projects are presented in two color ways: Lodge is warm and "lodge-like" which I think our Pacific Northwest quilters will love, while Lakeside is more blue and floral and very pretty as well and will appeal to those that love the sea. Both palettes offer different looks and feels and provide patterns and project ideas from a favorite designer in our fabulous industry.

Rather than turning our attention to the large quilt, we feel that by focusing on the four quarterly projects, our quilters will be better able to stay on task each quarter and receive more instant gratification while working through their projects. Club Members may choose to do any or all of the projects. That means that you could do one or all eight, you are free to pick and choose which projects in which palette you would like to do. It feels good to be able to offer club projects to our members that way. We hope you will like it this way too.

Here's how our club works:

• Membership is $20 and provides club privileges like a 10% discount on all Thimbleberries products throughout the year. In addition, members will receive advance notice on shop sales before public announcements are made.
• Our club members are special. We'll celebrate your birthday month with a $10 shopping card to use at your leisure.
• By signing up you will receive a signing bonus of two free charm packs, one is Lodge and one in Lakeside.
• Club get-togethers are bi-monthly starting in February and continuing on the even months. Our club has two meetings on the 3rd Thursday of the month. You can attend the 2-4PM or the 6-8PM meeting. During August, we traditionally have a picnic meeting and during December we host a Holiday Open House. All events have club members in mind as our VIP customers. Club meetings are for socialization, show and tells, shop demos and information regarding the quarterly projects as well as bonus projects from Thimbleberries Club. Coming to the meetings is encouraged but not mandatory.
• Tina and Mary, club coordinators, will be shop support throughout the year and as well as making the shop samples for the projects.
• Lodge and Lakeside Quarterly Projects will be priced individually and will be available by pre-order on a shop sign up sheet. You do not need to pay for your kit until it is ready for pick up. We appreciate your ordering in advance so that kits will be available for all. The price of each kit by quarter is as follows:

Lakeland Pines. Finished Quilt Size: 60" x 60" $55

Bear Paw Runner. Finished Size: 24" x 52" $29.99

Forest Bloom. Finished Quilt Size: 52" x 52" $49.99

Woodland Stars Table Topper. Finished Size 44" x 44" $42
